Between the classroom, soccer offseason and hanging out at home, a child’s habits often don’t promote healthy living. Doctors recommend that kids should exercise for at least an hour a day, every day, to stay healthy. Fortunately, there are many ways for parents to solve that problem.
Motivate kids to find fun ways to stay active such as getting together with friends to play soccer during/after school, riding bikes together or if they’re younger, taking them to the playground to run around and have a great time. It might be tough to get kids away from watching TV and playing video games every day, but once those habits are replaced with more active ones, they’ll be happier and healthier soccer players!
